History of the company

14. 03. 1982. BONEX was founded as a fully independent department of the company BOSCOOP.
01. 08. 1983. The department was transformed into an economic company. The founders of the company were BOSCOOP, the Sewer Works of Budapest and the Budapest Chemical Works.
01. 07. 1984. The economic company was transformed into a new corporation under the name of BONEX.
01. 01. 1988. The company was bought by the Hungarian Commercial and Credit Bank (OKHB) and the Budapest Building Co. no. 3 to 50-50%.
17. 08. 1989. The Hungarian Commercial and Credit Bank and the Budapest Building Co. no. 3 sell their shares to BONEX-OMEGA Co. Ltd. and ALFA-BONEX Co. Ltd. These are companies founded by private persons, thus BONEX becomes a private company.
17. 06. 1990. The owners of BONEX change the form of the company from a collective company into a limited company.
17. 07. 1990. Each of the owners sells 20% of his shares in BONEX Co. Ltd., i.e. 40% to Hall & Sager Co. Ltd., Vienna.
30. 12. 1990. BONEX Co. Ltd. and ETR Tiefbautechnik, Austria found the BONEX-SPIRAL Co. Ltd. with a capital of 50 million HUF.
02. 08. 1994. BONEX Co. Ltd. buys the shares of ETR, thus becomes the owner of BONEX-SPIRAL Co. Ltd. to 100%.
17. 02. 1997. BONEX Italia S.r.L. was founded by BONEX Co. Ltd. and private persons, the head-quarters of the company is in Padova.
14. 08. 2001. Hall & Sager Co.Ltd. sells its shares, so the company’s ownership is held to 100% by Hungarian individuals
